Privacy & data use
Daisoro RepairCheck is a free public tool. We treat the files you upload and the details you share as evidence — not as instructions.
What we collect
- The quote files or pasted text you upload.
- Optional vehicle and repair context you provide.
- An optional email if you supply one for the report link.
- Hashed technical signals (IP/user-agent) used only to prevent abuse and rate-limit submissions.
How we use your data
- To generate your Daisoro RepairCheck PDF report.
- To improve UAE repair-cost benchmarks using anonymized, structured observations — only with your consent.
- We do not contact your garage based on your submission. We do not publish your uploaded quote.
Voice notes
If you upload a voice note, we transcribe it and keep only the transcript. The original audio is not retained.
Personal identifiers
We mask or hash sensitive identifiers (e.g. VIN, chassis number, plate) where they appear. Personal contact details, addresses, or payment information are not used in the public PDF report.
Analytics and advertising
Daisoro RepairCheck uses Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. When you visit this site, Google may set cookies and collect aggregated, anonymized information about your visit — including pages viewed, the source of your visit, basic page-performance metrics, and whether you completed a quote submission. This data is used by Google to attribute paid advertising clicks and to improve ad targeting across the Google advertising network. We do not share your uploaded quote files, extracted vehicle details, or personal contact information with Google. If you wish to opt out of Google Ads personalization, visit Google’s Ad Settings page at adssettings.google.com.
We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with this site — which pages are viewed, how long sessions last, and where traffic comes from. GA4 collects aggregated, anonymized data and does not capture the contents of your uploaded quote files, vehicle details, or personal contact information. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Daisoro may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure Facebook and Instagram ad visits, quote upload starts, completed quote submissions, and whether a submitted quote generated a report. Daisoro does not share uploaded quote files, extracted repair details, VIN or chassis numbers, plate numbers, personal contact details, or quote contents with Meta. Limited technical signals may be shared for measurement where disclosed, such as event time, page URL, IP address, user-agent, and Meta browser cookies when present.
Deletion
To request deletion of your submission, email ruta@daisoro.com with the submission link you received. We will remove the upload and its derived data.
Limits of this tool
Daisoro RepairCheck is informational only. It does not inspect your vehicle, verify the garage, or guarantee market pricing. It is not legal, mechanical, insurance, financial, or repair advice.
