How it works
From garage quote to private report in five steps.
RepairCheck is designed around one focused workflow: you already have a quote, and you want practical questions before approving the work.
The RepairCheck flow
Step 1
Paste or upload the quote
Use the quote text, a WhatsApp message, PDF, photo, screenshot, Word file or spreadsheet. You can remove personal identifiers first if the repair lines remain readable.
Step 2
Daisoro extracts quote details
RepairCheck reads visible details such as parts, labour, quantities, VAT, discounts, totals, warranty notes and repair scope.
Step 3
Daisoro checks structure and reasonableness indicators
The check looks for unclear itemisation, missing totals, bundled charges, VAT gaps, duplicate-looking lines and details that need the garage to clarify.
Step 4
A private PDF report is generated
The report is private to your submission link. It is not a public page, public review or garage rating.
Step 5
You ask better questions before approval
Use the report to ask about part type, labour basis, warranty, final total, timing and any missing evidence before you approve repairs.
What improves the report
- A quote that separates parts, labour, VAT, discounts and final total.
- Vehicle make, model and year where available.
- Garage notes about warranty, part type, lead time or diagnostic findings.
- Readable photos or files, especially for invoices and stamped estimates.
What remains outside the tool
- Physical inspection of your car.
- Legal, insurance or claims advice.
- Mechanical diagnosis or a guarantee that a repair is required.
- A guarantee that the quote will change after you ask questions.
Ready to check a quote?
